Ownership
A fleet is only as good as the day it is unavailable. This is how we keep that day from happening.

Energy
A charger that carries its own battery, for districts where the grid is thin.

Service and parts
Ninety days of parts in the Kingdom, a mobile technician, and telematics that call before the driver does.

Training
Certified technicians before the first hundred vehicles; supervisors trained on charging and the dashboard.
What we commit to
| Commitment | Target |
|---|---|
| Fleet availability | 95 % of vehicles available at the start of each operating day |
| Parts | Wear and body parts from stock within 48 hours in the Kingdom |
| Warranty | Three years or 60,000 km on the QAF fit-out; battery and drive as per the platform manufacturer, administered by QAF |
| Training | Certified technicians in place before the first hundred vehicles enter service |
| Records | A complete build and service history for every vehicle, by build number |
Training
A two-week technician programme, delivered in the Kingdom with our after-sales partner, certifies workshop staff on the platform, the QAF fit-out and high-voltage safety.
Fleet supervisors receive a one-day course on daily checks, charging discipline and the telematics dashboard. Drivers receive a half-day on the vehicle, the guest, and the quiet.
Commission a fleet.
Tell us the precinct, the guests and the number, and we will come back with a proposal.
