Parts
A parts store in Jeddah holds ninety days' cover of wear items, body panels, glass and trim for every model, replenished by sea monthly and by air when it matters. QAF-specific parts are ours and are kept in stock.
Support
A mobile technician covers the precinct during operating hours. Telematics flags a fault before a driver reports it. Vehicles are rotated through inspection on a fixed cadence rather than waiting to fail.
Records
Every vehicle has a build number and a complete build and service history against it, from the atelier to the last day in service.
